Needs assessment:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Together with the staff of Distanz e.V., the specific needs are clarified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An individual offer is then developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Where needed, we offer long-term support, for example in the form of coaching.
